Twenty-ix year old local entrepreneur Chia Ming Kuang wants to add some greenery to your life. This affable, immature architect-turned-biophilic-designer-and-artist runs InOut Atelier, a business focused on what he calls "mosstallations" or, for the rest of us, preserved moss installations.

I was groomed in my previous job to be independent, resilient and proactive, especially when it comes to problem solving and projection management.
